Electronic Technition or Engineer Needed for Slot Department

Electromechanical Engineer or Technician with degree from technical school or University and a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of electronic repair and servicing. Applicant must speak English or French and have the ability to work as part of a team or independently.  Applicant will be required to maintain and service numerous electrical devices in accordance with Slot Department and Sinai Grand Casino procedures.

Head Chef required for our Restaurant "Les Palmes"

Sinai Grand Casino is seeking highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to be responsible for our 5 star restaurants food preparation team. Must be able to lead and develop a skilled team and maintain a 5 star level of food preparation for our guests.  Must speak fluent English, Arabic and another language is a plus. Head Chef must have 5 years experience in same position. Great salary and benefits package available.
