1. What are the casino entrance requirements? You must be 18 years of age or older and have a foreign passport to enter
2. Can Egyptians play in the casino? No, at present Egyptian law has banned Egyptians from gambling but we welcome duel passport holders but you must present the passport upon entering the casino.
3. What currency does the casino operate in? We currently operate in Euro only
4. Can I exchange foreign currency in the casino? Yes, we have an exchange bank inside the casino
5. Can I exchange/play with Egyptian Pounds (LE)? No, Egyptian law requires that the casino operate only in a foreign currency to Egypt, and we regret that it is also against the law to exchange Egyptian Pounds to Euro in the casino.
6. What other forms of payment do you have? We except travelers checks, all major credit/ debit cards and bank deposits
7. I’m over 18 but my children are not, can they enter the casino also? Yes, they can enter the casino but we recommend they are at least 12 years of age or older for safety purposes. Please note that are banned from gambling, and we ask that you properly supervise your children or you may be removed from the premises.
8. Can I drink in the casino? Yes, we have a full bar serving the finest import spirits and local beers and have complimentary drinks for all players, but we reserve the right to refuse to serve or remove a player that is clearly intoxicated or abusive to staff and other casino patrons
9. What is the minimum I can play? Most tables have a 5 Euro minimum to play while some slots are as low as 1 Euro Cent, bigger tables can have a minimum of 20 Euros a play while the poker “cash” games have a minimum of 100 Euro to play.
10. Do you have nightly entertainment? Yes, we have singers, belly dancers and a full Las Vegas style show starting at 11pm local time and its free to all casino patrons regardless of age or player status
11. Do you have Texas Hold‘em Poker tournaments? Yes we have nightly cash games with a minimum of 100 euro to sit and play, sit and go’s and our big tournaments on Fridays and Sundays that attract many players and is the best in town.
12. What is the typical tournament buy-in? The typical buy-in ranges from 120 Euros to 240 Euro depending on the game. Daily lock-out tournaments start at 120 and up depending on the players.
13. What are the blinds? Tournament blinds are progressive meaning they increase on a fixed timetable. While the cash games are limited to 2-4 or 5-10 for the duration of the game.
